1. Do you use artificial additives, flavours or sweeteners?
   No artificial preservatives, flavours or sweeteners are used in our drinks. Any flavours we use are natural.
2. Are the drinks gluten free? 
   All our drinks are gluten free and suitable for those with coeliac disease.
3. Are the drinks vegan? 
   All of our drinks are vegan and contain no animal products. 
4. Are the drinks dairy free? 
   Yes! Our drinks only contain plant-based ingredients and no animal products. Our drinks are all high fibre, dairy free, vegan and gluten free.  
5. Are the drinks nut free? 
   Yes! Our drinks do not contain nuts and our manufacturing facility is a completely nut free site. 
6. How many drinks should I have in one day?
   Containing 10g of fibre, our drinks are designed as a quick and easy way to top up your daily fibre intake (30g of fibre per day is recommended for adults, SACN 2015) as part of a balanced diet. Due to the high fibre content, we’d recommend no more than one drink per day. If you find you experience symptoms after consuming the drink, start with a ¼ or ½ and build up slowly. If you have a condition requiring the management of your fibre intake, please consult with your medical professional. 
7. What is the shelf life on the drinks?
   A year from the date of production, with all drinks having the best before date on the base of the can.

   No, our drinks don’t contain any allergens.
10. Are your drinks suitable for children?
    Our drinks are designed to support adults (not children) reach their daily fibre of 30g per day as part of a balanced diet.

12. How do subscriptions work?
    When you subscribe, you automatically receive 10% off your order and the following subscription orders. Your order will renew automatically based on the delivery schedule you choose (for example, every month).That means your card will be charged automatically each time, and your products will be delivered to your door, no need to reorder each time!
13. How can I pause, cancel, or change my subscription?You can pause, skip, cancel, or edit your subscription through your customer portal. Here’s how:
