Refund policy

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase, but if you are at all dissatisfied please do get in touch by emailing hello@thegutstuff.com.

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be shipped automatically and cannot be changed or cancelled. If you have any queries or issues, please do get in touch by contacting us on the email address above.

After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund, as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your goods and you have notified us of the reason for the return, by contacting us on the email address above. Once opened due to hygiene we are unable to make a refund on any goods unless the product is faulty.

You can either return items by recorded Royal Mail delivery or by a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges.
