Ingredients: Date paste, chicory inulin, hazelnuts (14%), chicory root fibre, sunflower seeds, cocoa powder (4%), sunflower seeds, sunflower oil, cocoa extract.

1. Do you use artificial additives, flavours or sweeteners?
   No artificial preservatives, flavours or sweeteners are used in our bars. Any flavours we use are natural.
2. Are the bars gluten free? 
   All our bars are gluten free and suitable for those with coeliac disease. This product is Gluten Free BRC certified.
3. Are the bars dairy free? 
   Yes! Our bars only contain plant-based ingredients and no animal products. Our bars are all high fibre, dairy free, vegan and gluten free. 
4. Are the bars nut free? 
   All our bars contain nuts. For more information on allergens and ingredients, please see the product page Our bars may contain peanuts and other nuts. They may also contain the occasional fruit pip or nut shell. 
5. Do your bars contain palm oil? 
   No, our bars do not contain palm oil.  
6. The bar has sugar, isn’t this bad for the gut? 
   Our bars do not contain any added sugars, all sugars present (including free sugars) come from fruit. For more information on sugar see here. 
7. How many bars a day should I have?
   Containing 10g of fibre, our bars are designed as a quick and easy way to top up your daily fibre intake (30g of fibre per day is recommended for adults, SACN 2015) as part of a balanced diet. Due to the high fibre content, we’d recommend no more than one bar per day. If you find you experience symptoms after consuming the bar, start with a ¼ or ½ and build up slowly.  

   If you have a condition requiring the management of your fibre intake, please consult with your medical professional.  

8. What is the shelf life on the bars? 
   9 months stored in a cool dry place. You’ll see the best before date on each bar underneath the seal. 

9. Are the bars Fairtrade and organic? 
   No, but we take care in the manufacturers we use and where our ingredients are sourced from.
