Containing 10g of fibre, our drinks are designed as a quick and easy way to top up your daily fibre intake (30g of fibre per day is recommended for adults, SACN 2015) as part of a balanced diet. Due to the high fibre content, we’d recommend no more than one drink per day. If you find you experience symptoms after consuming the drink, start with a ¼ or ½ and build up slowly. If you have a condition requiring the management of your fibre intake, please consult with your medical professional. - What is the shelf life on the drinks?
